We don't keep you on a waiting list. Meeting your needs and busy schedule is our top priority. Not every technician is a master of all skills. Each has areas of expertise that, in combination, offer you a palette of personal image-enhancement options that is truly unrivaled.
To ensure consistent service quality and technical skill, each staff memeber completes our in-salon skill certification program. This means you can always have confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you are in the taltented hands of a skilled-certified team member. Spa Etiquette
- If you must cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. A credit card is required to hold reservations.
- Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. Please let us know within one week if you are not completely satisfied.
- Hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any product.
- Skin care products are not refundable but are exchangeable. Please consult with our skin care specialists in order to ensure you receive the products that will be most beneficial to you.
- Please let our technician know if you are currently taking any medication. Some medications may alter the effects of chemical services.
- Gift certificates make the perfect gift and may be purchased by telephone, in the salon/spa or on this website. Gift certificates are not refundable and do, after one year, assume a maintenence fee.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
- Gratuities are not included in spa or salon pricing. Gratuity of 20% is added to parties of 3 or more.
- In our spa, for your peace of mind and that of our guests, please bring children to the spa only if they have an appointment.
- Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility. Upon entering our salon & spa, please turn off all electronic devices.
